Colegate was amazing they were able to get someone out to me same day for a furnace issue where others were telling me it would be a month. Both the office folks and the technician Ethan were very polite and explained everything to me will definitely call them again for my HVAC needs.

AWESOME!!! For the first time ever, our entire home was cool late this summer. Thank you to Bob Colgate, a VERY knowledgeable and honest guy who has a great team of people!
We were referred to Bob when looking for a way to affordably expand our current mini-split system in our home that is heated with hot water and has no current duct system to support a whole house AC. Bob gave us hope, when other company quotes pushed near 50K, which wasn’t an option for us!
Bob suggested a Heat Pump with a complete duct system, that not only efficiently cools our entire home, but heats it as well! He walked us thru the rebates, making the whole system affordable!! His team was super efficient, very courteous and respectful!
Bob suggested that we needed to insulate a vaulted wall and directed us to totally seal and spray foam for our crawl space to eliminate the air movement in our home. We weren’t even aware of this, no one had ever suggested this before Bob! Bob knew it as soon as he saw our dirty insulation in our crawl space. We had
Installed new, expensive bedroom windows a few years back and have had ice collecting on the inside of these new windows, which has been a nightmare! Bob didn’t know we were having air flow issues with our windows! I am excited for the enlightenment to our entire home issues that Bob has identified, that no one else has been able to help us with!!! THANK YOU COLGATE TEAM!!

The Colegate Heating team did a great job from evaluating our AC problems, provided a competitive price quote and worked hard to find the right equipment to fix the problem quickly.

We’ve been working with the Colegate team over the past week after our AC started repeatedly tripping the breaker, and the entire experience has been exceptional from start to finish!

Robert worked with us to find an even more efficient unit at a more-than-competitive price and truly treated us like family from our very first meeting. Duncan and the install team were able to get to us right away, our CSR, Melonie, was incredibly sweet and accommodating throughout the entire process, and our tech, Ethan, went above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect for our inspection.

After a miserable week without a properly functioning AC, this team completely turned the experience around. The professionalism, hard work, communication, and genuine commitment to excellence from everyone at Colegate more than made up for the frustration we’d been dealing with before calling them.

It’s rare to have such a consistently great experience with every single person you encounter at a company, but that was absolutely the case with Colegate. We couldn’t be happier with our new system or the service we received. We would recommend them without hesitation!

I called because our AC went out on a week where it was close to or 100 degrees every day. The places in Cheyenne were giving me dates 2-3 weeks out before they could come out. Colegate got here the next day. From the person who answered the phone and got us scheduled, to the technician that came out and fixed the problem, everyone was friendly and professional! We got away with a "repair" this time, knowing next time will probably be a new AC unit. Colgegate will be the company we choose for their services when that time comes. I highly recommend Colegate for any HVAC issues!

I had trouble with the central air system on our home, whenever it would rain the refrigeration lines would freeze. I had two different companies come out to fix the system, the first company said the coils were dirty and cleaned them, but it's still froze up when it rained. The second company showed up and stated they could not find anything wrong with it. I called Colgate which is in Colorado and my home is in Cheyenne they came out in a timely manner , diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and then they came out and installed it. They also installed my thermostat. Everything works as it should! Colgate did an awesome job , I would recommend Colgate to anybody with central air /heating issues!
